Silopren™ LSR 2171 by Momentive Performance Materials is a non-combustible, two-component liquid silicone rubber. It is easily pigmented with LSR color pastes. Offers resistance to mineral oil and aging. Exhibits low viscosity, excellent thermal stability, high stability, flexibility at room temperature and good rubber-like properties. Designed for processing by injection molding. Silopren™ LSR 2171 is used in elastomeric articles like sealing elements, O-rings, vibration dampers, plug seals and anti-drain back valves. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations.
