Silopren™ LSR 2661 by Momentive Performance Materials is a two-component liquid silicone rubber. It is not readily combustible and it does not melt or drip. It is easily pigmented with LSR color pastes. Offers non post cure, low compression set, high reactivity, long service life at dynamic stress, high thermal stability, excellent stability and flexibility at low temperature. Exhibits excellent dielectric behaviour over a wide range of temperature, good rubber-like properties, high stability to ozone and UV light. Shows resistance to aging and high tear. Designed for processing by injection molding. Silopren™ LSR 2661 is used in elastomeric articles like sealing elements, O-rings, stoppers, diaphragms, keypads, bellows, vibration dampers, switch cover, spark plug boots and cable connectors.
