Silplus™ 30 HS

Silplus™ 30 HS by Momentive Performance Materials is a high strength, heat cured silicone rubber (HCR) based on peroxide catalyst system. It is a ready-to-use, one-component resin. Exhibits enhanced mechanical performance, low hysteresis and high resilience. Offers low compression set, high clarity and good processability. Provides rapid cure times and relatively low odor during fabrication. Can be processed by injection, compression & transfer molding, extrusion and calendering. Possible applications of Silplus™ 30 HS could be automotive, aviation and aerospace. Other applications include consumer goods, electrical/ electronics, energy and healthcare. Conforms to FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 for indirect food contact, USP Class VI, ISO 10993 part 6, 10 & 11 testing and BfR XV requirements.
