TSE 2267U by Momentive Performance Materials is a heat cured silicone rubber (HCR) based on peroxide catalyst system. It is a one-component, general purpose, ready-to-use resin with high durometer hardness. Shows enhanced mechanical performance, low hysteresis and high resilience. Offers good processability, rapid cure times and relatively low odor during fabrication. Provides low compression set and high clarity. Can be processed by injection, compression & transfer molding, extrusion and calendering. Possible applications of TSE 2267U could be automotive, aviation & aerospace, consumer goods, electrical/ electronics, energy and healthcare.
