Tufel™ II 94206 by Momentive Performance Materials is a vinyl methyl silicone rubber with peroxide-free cure system. Exhibits low volatile fast-cure, broad processing window, high output rates and LV bases which minimizes porosity & post cure. Offers high tear strength, tight surface cure, non-blooming and translucency. Tufel™ II 94206 is designed for extruded tubing, profiles and calendared sheets. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993, UL 94 (HB), BfR recommendation XV “Silicones” and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations.
