Tufel™ II 94405 by Momentive Performance Materials is a vinyl methyl silicone rubber with peroxide-free cure system. Exhibits low volatile fast-cure, short cycle time, deep section cures, low extractables and excellent mixed shelf life. Offers high tensile strength, tight surface cure, non-blooming and translucency. Tufel™ II 94405 is designed for fabricated molding applications. Complies with USP Class VI, ISO 10993, UL 94 (HB), BfR recommendation XV “Silicones” and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulations.
