XE23-703U by Momentive Performance Materials is a one-component, heat cured silicone rubber (HCR) based on peroxide catalyst system. It is a general purpose, electro-conductive, ready-to-use resin. Possesses enhanced mechanical performance, low hysteresis and high resilience. Exhibits low compression set and high clarity. Offers good processability, rapid cure times and relatively low odor during fabrication. It is suitable for processing by injection, compression & transfer molding, extrusion and calendering. Possible applications of XE23-703U include automotive, aviation & aerospace, consumer goods, electrical/electronics, energy and healthcare.
