PFX 8012 is a plasma resistant perfluoroelastomer (FFKM) by NEXA. It offers excellent physical property, minimal contamination and low metal ion content. Provides resistance to chemicals like hot organic & inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters and alcohols. Shows water-, steam- and fuel resistance. PFX 8012 is used in deposition-, diffusion- & metalization processes and dry plasma applications.
