PFX 8025

PFX 8025 by NEXA® is a general purpose perfluoroelastomer (FFKM). It offers excellent physical property and steam- & compression set resistance, over a broad temperature range. Provides resistance to chemicals like hot organic & inorganic acids, alkalis, ketones, esters, alcohols and fuels. It has very stable behavior at high temperatures, allowing the use in critical applications such as Stage II sterilization processes, where other type of elastomers lose their sealing capabilities. Moreover, it is developed for SIP (Steam in Place) cleaning and WFI (Water for Injection) systems. PFX 8025 is used in O-rings, seals, diaphragms and other parts used in chemical processing industries. Complies with FDA CFR 177.2600.
