NITRIFLEX NPX-2235 by Nitriflex is a carboxylated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer with medium-low acrylonitrile content and medium mooney viscosity. It contains talc/ silica as partitioning agent. Provides easy processing, high flexibility and impact resistance. It allows expansion and contraction of the compound with fluctuation of temperature, without cracks & fissures, absorbing the impact & noise. Suitable for processing by conventional molding, extrusion and calendaring. NITRIFLEX NPX-2235 is used for fabrication of special adhesives and as impact modifier for phenolic resins, epoxy, polyamides, ABS, PC, its blends and polyester. Main applications include brake pads, clutch, furniture, tennis racket, fishing rods, surf boards and technical artifacts. Complies with REACH regulation.
