CF19-2615 by Avantor is a solvent free, low viscosity fluoro silicone rubbers (FMQ) grade. Offers good physical and electrical stability across a broad range of temperatures. It consists of two parts (A:B in 1:1) ratio. It cures at room temperature or rapidly with heat. It is ideal for protection of electronic components & assemblies against shock, vibration, moisture, ozone, dust, chemicals and other environmental hazards by potting or encapsulating. CF19-2615 is suitable photonics applications such as HBLEDs, photo detectors, lasers, discrete optics and flat panel display applications.
