R-2615-3 by Avantor is a solvent free, low viscosity fluoro silicone rubbers (FMQ) grade. It consists of two parts (A:B in 1:1) ratio. Offers good physical and electrical stability across a broad range of temperatures. R-2615-3 can be used for protection of electronic components and assemblies against shock, vibration, moisture, ozone, dust, chemicals and other environmental hazards by potting or encapsulating.
