OM 1117 by Ortofon is a chloroprene rubber (CR) grade. Offers good aging resistance, good heat resistance, resistance to biological factors (fungi and soil bacteria), low gas permeability and good electrical properties. Also offers optimum wear resistance, weather resistance, ozone resistance and optimum resistance to chemicals (acid & bases). OM 1117 by Ortofon is recommended for membranes, dampers, hearing aids, bellows, dust caps and general purpose seal applications.
