POLYCAST™ 581 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a clear, one component, flexible, heat cure epoxy system. Offers low viscosity and minimal thermal stress. It can be cured for 6-8 hours at 95°C and post cure for 2-3 hours at 150°C for optimum high temperature properties. POLYCAST™ 581 is designed for coil impregnation and potting applications. It has a shelf life of 3 months at 72°F.
