POLYCAST™ PG-50

POLYCAST™ PG-50 by Polycast Industries (Delta Polymers) is a low viscosity, flexible, unfilled epoxy resin. It is available as 100:25 parts (A & B) by weight. It can be cured at 75°F for 24 hrs and post cure at 250ºF for 2 hrs. It does not require vacuum degassing. Designed for automated dispensing equipments, bubble-free casting and imbedments. POLYCAST™ PG-50 has a shelf life of 12 months at 70°F.
