DAP 5553

DAP 5553 by Raschig is a diallyl phthalate compound, reinforced with glass fiber. Exhibits good mechanical strength with retention of high electrical isolation properties under hot-humid conditions. Offers exceptional dimensional stability under severe environmental conditions. Suitable for processing by transfer and compression molding. DAP 5553 is used in connectors, bobbins, potentiometers and switches. Conforms to requirements of the EU directives 2002/95 (RoHS), 2002/96 (WEEE), 2006/122 (PFOS) and UL-94 (V0) flame rating. It has a shelf life of 6 months.
