RoyOxy® RAR 9438

RoyOxy® RAR 9438 by Huntsman is epoxy phenol novolac resin with a functionality 3.6. It provides excellent thermal stability along with high heat and chemical resistance. Also is an ideal binder for abrasives in grinding and polishing products. Can be blended with bisphenol-A and brominated resins to produce laminates for printed circuit boards with improved solder bath resistance. RoyOxy® RAR 9438 is recommended for use in adhesives, structural and electrical laminates, coatings, and casting applications.
