CHLOROPRENE™ GW

CHLOROPRENE™ GW by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a general purpose, sulfur modified polychloroprene rubber. It is a high quality, gas impermeable, dry grade. Exhibits slow crystallization rate and good electrical properties. Offers better heat and compression set resistance than GN. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possible applications of CHLOROPRENE™ GW could be solvent borne adhesives, anti-vibration engine mounts, wire & cable, gaskets, boots and seals. Other applications include foamed sheets for wet suits or laptop covers, molded goods, bearing pads for bridge or road construction, belts and hoses for automotive and general industry.
