CHLOROPRENE™ SND43 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a high viscosity, general purpose, gas impermeable polychloroprene rubber. It is a high quality, dry resin with extremely slow crystallization rate. Exhibits low mold fouling, good electrical properties and low shrinkage. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possible applications of CHLOROPRENE™ SND43 could be solvent borne adhesives, anti-vibration engine mounts, wire & cable, gaskets, boots and seals. Other applications include foamed sheets for wet suits or laptop covers, molded goods, bearing pads for bridge or road construction, belts and hoses for automotive and general industry.
