CHLOROPRENE™ SND48

CHLOROPRENE™ SND48 by Resonac (formerly Showa Denko) is a high viscosity, general purpose polychloroprene rubber with very slow crystallization rate. It is a gas impermeable and high quality dry resin. Exhibits good electrical properties and collapse resistance. It is suitable for processing by extrusion and calendering. Possible applications of CHLOROPRENE™ SND48 could be solvent borne adhesives, anti-vibration engine mounts, wire & cable, gaskets, boots and seals. Other applications include foamed sheets for wet suits or laptop covers, molded goods, bearing pads for bridge or road construction, belts and hoses for automotive and general industry.
