SORTA-Clear® 37

SORTA-Clear® 37 by Smooth-On is a platinum-catalyzed, water clear translucent, addition cure silicone rubber. Exhibits negligible shrinkage, high tensile strength, and high tear strength. It can be color-pigmented with SILC Pig® silicone pigments. Urethane, epoxy, or polyester resins can be cast into SORTA-Clear® silicone without using a release agent. Designed for making prototypes, jewelry, or other molds of any configuration where model visibility is important. It is food-safe and suitable for culinary applications including casting chocolate and other confections. SORTA-Clear® 37 by Smooth-On is mixed with 1A:1B solution by volume.
