CONAP® EN-5320

CONAP® EN-5320 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is a high quality, filled, two-component polyurethane resin. Exhibits excellent electrical properties, low shrinkage, low stress build-up and good processability. Designed for use as an encapsulating material for electronic components where critical thermal cycling characteristics are required. CONAP® EN-5320 complies with ROHS and UL 94 V-0 rating.
