CONAP® EN-5330 by Cytec (Solvay Group) is a filled, flame retardant, two-component polyurethane resin. Exhibits excellent electrical properties, low shrinkage and low stress build-up. Designed for use as an encapsulating material for electronic components that require critical thermal cycling characteristics. CONAP® EN-5330 complies with ROHS and UL 94 V-0 rating.
