Tecnoflon® FOR 5381

Tecnoflon® FOR 5381 by Solvay is a low viscosity cure incorporated fluoroelastomer terpolymer (FKM) grade. Contains (68.5 %wt) fluorine content. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance, low compression set and good heat resistance. Offers very good scorch safety, very good processability and fast cycle. Tecnoflon® FOR 5381 can be processed using compression molding, injection molding, transfer molding, calendering and extrusion. It can be mixed using typical fluoroelastomers compounding ingredients and mixing can be accomplished with two roll mills or internal mixers. It is recommended for shaft seals, valve stem seals, gaskets and sheet stocks or belting.
