Durez® 153 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a two-stage, halogen-free, heat resistant, electrical molding, general purpose, phenolic resin. Exhibits good molded appearance and shock resistance. It is suitable for processing by compression molding, transfer molding and injection molding. Durez® 153 is recommended for electrical and appliance applications. Complies with RoHS2 (2011/65/EU), REACh (EC 1907/2006) SVHC/ Annex XIV & HR4173 Sec.1502 conflict materials regulations and meets UL 94 V-0 and V-1 flame rating.
