Durez® 175

Durez® 175 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a one-step thermosetting, phenolic resin. It is soluble in ketones and alcohols. Compatible with epoxies, polyvinyl butyral, short & medium oil alkyds, urea and melamine formaldehyde resins. Exhibits very long flow, medium cure and a rigid set. Offers excellent flexibility and outstanding chemical-, solvent-, acid-, alkali- and soap resistance. Cured films have excellent adhesion, good heat and mar resistance. Durez® 175 is recommended for use in nitrile rubber solvent cements.
