E 8398 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a good strength epoxy grade, reinforced with mineral and glass fiber. Offers excellent dimensional stability and good electrical insulation properties. E 8398 is suitable for processing by compression and transfer molding. Meets ASTM D-5948, RoHS, PFOS and REACH/SVHC.
