PLYOPHEN® 23057 by Sumitomo Bakelite is a polyamide modified, liquid one-step phenolic resin dissolved in ethanol. It can be incorporated with fillers such as 10% aluminum phosphate and graphite. Suitable for applications requiring improved physical properties on short exposure to temperatures above 600°F. PLYOPHEN® 23057 is designed for use with glass cloth to produce laminates which will have an increased degree of burn-through resistance.
