SUMILITERESIN® PR-NR-1 FI by Sumitomo Bakelite is a high molecular weight, cashew nut shell oil modified novolac type phenolic resin. It requires the addition of about 10% hexamine to make properly thermosetting. Exhibits higher modulus, higher toughness and lower heat generation. SUMILITERESIN® PR-NR-1 FI is designed for reinforcement applications for tire and rubber.
