SURPREN™ SN239 by Sundow Polymers is a high money viscosity, general purpose chloroprene rubber. It is obtained by mercaptan modified and chloroprene monomer by emulsion polymerization. Exhibits excellent cohesion & good physical properties when a large amount of fillers and oils are added. Shows medium rate of crystallization and good solubility. Contains talcum as a release agent and has no mechanical impurities. Offers good adhesion and good heat resistance. SURPREN™ SN239 is suitable for highly loading production goods. Designed for hoses, tapes, rubber seals, adhesive cements, hard goods, wire and cable jackets.
