Millathane® 26

Millathane® 26 is a peroxide-curable, millable polyether polyurethane (PU) rubber grade by TSE Industries. Reinforcing fillers like silica and small particle carbon black could be incorporated to achieve hardness and high mechanical strength. Offers very short cycle time, excellent flow, demolding and negligible mold fouling. Provides excellent strength, resilience, hardness and good compression set. Shows excellent abrasion-, good heat aging-, very good hydrolysis-, good oil-, good fuel-, excellent ozone-, water-, low temperature- and heat resistance. Millathane® 26 is suitable for processing by vulcanization, compression, transfer or injection molding. Calendered sheets could be pressed or roto-cured. It is used in food contact applications like hoses, gaskets, rollers and beltings. It is recommended for non-food handling applications, including rollers. Meets FDA title 21, parts 177.1680 and 177.2600.
