Dutral® TER 6148 by Versalis (Eni Group) is an amorphous, ethylene-propylene diene (EPDM) terpolymer rubber of medium-high diene content, extended with 15% paraffinic oil. It is produced by suspension polymerization using Ziegler-Natta catalyst. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. Exhibits low pressure set values, high molecular weight, fast curing, good shape stability and mechanical properties. Offers excellent resistance to aging, weathering, chemicals, collapse, and high & low temperatures. Shows high loading capacity and improved mixing processability, especially in medium and highly plasticized compounds. Suitable for processing by fast extrusion rate. Recommended applications include automotive, buildings, appliances and mechanical goods. Dutral® TER 6148 complies with EN ISO 14001, BS OHSAS18001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
