EUROPRENE® N 2830 GRN

EUROPRENE® N 2830 GRN by Versalis (Eni Group) is a cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It is vulcanized by sulfur based systems or peroxides. Shows low mooney viscosity, higher cure rate, higher low temperature flexibility, higher crosslinking density and good mechanical properties. Exhibits improved low temperature properties by adding polar plasticizers like synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phtalic acids. Provides resistance to oil, fuel, heat, light and ozone. Shows improved processability which results in low mold fouling products, long production runs, low mold wear and less production control. Suitable for processing by injection molding. EUROPRENE® N 2830 GRN is recommended for textile industry articles, oil industry holds, stoppers, stamps, dampers, automotive and industrial seals. Complies with BS OHSAS18001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
