EUROPRENE® N 2845 GRN

EUROPRENE® N 2845 GRN by Versalis (Eni Group) is a cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It is vulcanized by sulfur based systems or peroxides. Shows higher cure rate, higher low temperature flexibility, higher crosslinking density and good mechanical properties. Exhibits improved low temperature properties by adding polar plasticizers like synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phtalic acids. Provides resistance to oil, fuel, heat, light, ozone and tear at high temperature. Shows excellent processability which results in low mold fouling products, long production runs, low mold wear and less production control. EUROPRENE® N 2845 GRN is suitable for processing injection molding applications. Complies with BS OHSAS18001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
