EUROPRENE® N 3980

EUROPRENE® N 3980 by Versalis (Eni Group) is a cold polymerized acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber with high acrylonitrile (ACN) content. A non-staining antioxidant is added during the production process. It is vulcanized by sulfur based systems or peroxides. Shows good hardness and excellent mechanical properties. Exhibits improved low temperature properties by adding polar plasticizers like synthetic esters of adipic, sebacic or phtalic acids. Provides resistance to oil, fuel, heat, light, aliphatic hydrocarbon swelling and ozone. EUROPRENE® N 3980 complies with BS OHSAS18001, EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 9001 regulations.
