ELASTOSIL® R 861/60 by Wacker is a high consistency silicone rubber. Offers flexibility, low compression set and improved medium resistance. ELASTOSIL® R 861/60 is suitable for processing by calendaring, extrusion and molding. Used in profiles (windows & facades), cables, rollers, membranes, turbocharger hoses and extruded & molded parts of automotive, food contact and technical applications. Meets BfR and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 regulation.
