ELASTOSIL® R plus 573/50 A/B

ELASTOSIL® R plus 573/50 A/B by Wacker is a two component addition curing, high consistency silicone rubber. Offers low volatiles, good abrasion resistance, high flexing durability and high mechanical strength. Exhibits good mechanical properties, good electrical properties, good rheological properties, good heat resistance and low smoke density. Also offers low toxicity of the combustion products, halogen free insulation and peroxide split product free insulation. It is virtually insoluble in water. It is suitable for processing by extrusion. ELASTOSIL® R plus 573/50 A/B is recommended for heavy duty cable, calendered parts and technical parts applications.
