Nipol® DN101

Nipol® DN101 by Zeon Chemical is a nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) grade containing high nitrile rubber content. It provides excellent metal corrosion resistance, mold fouling, roll processability and extrudability. This grade offers good oil resistance, good aromatic fuel resistance and good solvent resistance. It is processed by extrusion. Nipol® DN101 is recommended for oil well parts, fuel cell liners, fuel hose, rolls, lathe-cut gaskets, O-rings, phenolic resin modifications, spinning cots and packing oil seal applications.
