Zetpol® 1020

Zetpol® 1020 by Zeon Chemical is a highly saturated copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It offers excellent fuel and solvent resistance. It exhibits high tensile strength, good heat resistance and good chemical resistance to aggressive fluids. It can be an economical option if the application has lower heat resistance requirements and where a sulfur cure is preferred. It is recommended for fuel hoses, diaphragms, in-tank insulators, refrigerant hoses, gaskets and O-rings. Zetpol® 1020 is FDA-compliant. The shelf life of this grade is 3 years.
