3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic FEP 6307Z is a medium molecular weight fully fluorinated perfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) copolymer containing tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Possesses high weathering, high UV and thermal stability, long term temperature rating up to 205°C, very low flammability and high limiting oxygen index. Exhibits excellent dielectric properties and low coefficient of friction. Recommended for heavy gauge primary wire insulation, cable jacketing and films and like for release applications in the aerospace and automotive industries. Complies with VDE 0207.
