3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic FEP 6301Z is a high molecular weight fully fluorinated perfluoroethylene propylene (FEP) copolymer containing tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. Is suitable for processing by extrusion, compression and transfer molding. Possesses high weathering, high UV and thermal stability, service temperature rating up to 200°C, very low flammability, high limiting oxygen index, high mechanical strength, smooth surface appearance and good stress cracking behavior. Exhibits good non-stick properties, excellent dielectric properties and low coefficient of friction. Used in heavy gauge extrusion applications like sheets or rods and in the chemical processing industry.
