3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PFA 6505TZ is a fully fluorinated perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) copolymer made from tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorvinylether. Is suitable for processing by injection molding, tube extrusion and transfer molding. Possesses wide service temperature range, high weathering resistance, UV stability, high thermal processing stability, high limiting oxygen index, high transparency, smooth surface appearance and good mold release. Exhibits good non-stick properties, excellent solvent-, chemical-, and temperature resistance, good stress crack resistance, excellent electrical properties like dielectric breakdown strength and dielectric constant. Recommended for corrosion protection in valves, pumps, tanks, tubes and pipes, or heating cables.
