3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PFA 6525TZ is a fully fluorinated perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) copolymer made from tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorvinylether. Is suitable for processing by extrusion and injection molding. Possesses low viscosity, wide service temperature range, high weathering resistance, UV stability, high thermal processing stability, high limiting oxygen index, smooth surface appearance and good mold release. Exhibits good non-stick properties, excellent solvent-, chemical-, and temperature resistance, good stress crack resistance, excellent electrical properties like dielectric breakdown strength and dielectric constant. Recommended for corrosion protection in valves, pumps, tanks, tubes and pipes, or heating cables.
