3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic THV 340Z

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic THV 340Z is a transparent, water-based fluoropolymer dispersion with a solid content of around 50%. The spherical hydrophobic polymer particles have an average size of 90 nm. Filler and color pigments can be added to the dispersion. Is suitable for coatings formulations. Is compatible with many substrates due to low melting point. Provides easy processability, high flexibility of polymer film without plasticizers, good chemical resistance, UV resistance and low settling tendency. Used in coatings for flat substrates or fibers, yarns, or monofilaments. Also used in coating of glass, aramid fabrics or films of PA and PI, PET, PE or PP and PTFE fabrics made of stretched or unstretched yarns.
