3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Fine Powder TF 2035Z by 3M is a high molecular weight PTFE powder produced by emulsion polymerization. Is processed by standard paste extrusion method with low reduction ratio range. Shows better mechanical properties, higher density and significantly reduced permeation rate compared to TF 2025Z. Exhibits excellent chemical inertness, high flame retardance, exceptional temperature resistance and low transversal shrinkage. Provides high stretch ratio in extrudate and thus can be highly stretched without breakage. 3M™ Dyneon™ PTFE Fine Powder TF 2035Z is recommended for pipe lining applications in the chemical industry and in plant construction with reduction ratios from RR 15 to RR 300. Meets ASTM D 4895 Type I, Grade 1, Class B classification.
