3M™ Dyneon™ Ultra High Purity PFA 6502UHPZ by 3M is a fully fluorinated perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) copolymer made from tetrafluoroethylene and perfluorvinylether. Is suitable for processing by extrusion, transfer-, compression- and injection molding. Possesses low viscosity, ultra-low levels of extractable ions, wide service temperature range, high weathering resistance, UV stability, high transparency, high limiting oxygen index, high transparency, smooth surface appearance, low friction, good mold release and low levels of fluoride ions and other anions. 3M™ Dyneon™ Ultra High Purity PFA 6502UHPZ exhibits good non-stick properties, excellent optical-, chemical-, solvent-, and temperature resistance, good stress crack resistance, excellent electrical properties like dielectric breakdown strength and dielectric constant. Recommended for wire & cable and wet chemical processes in the semiconductor industry.
