APPEX15 by Abhar Polymer Compounds is a silane crosslinkable pre-grafted polyethylene thermoplastic grade. It can be crosslinked by immersion in hot water at 90⁰C. It possesses high density, good surface smoothness, high mechanical properties and excellent processability. It provides high scratch-, excellent abrasion- and very good chemical resistance. It exhibits high heat resistance to 90⁰C, excellent environment stress crack resistance (ESCR) and excellent creep resistance to 95⁰C. It is designed for processing by extrusion with its catalyst master batch APCAT12N. APPEX15 is recommended for sanitary pipes.
