SX-0612:CM601

SX-0612:CM601 by AEI Compounds is a halogen-free, flame-retarded, silane crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) grade. Exhibits low smoke, fume, toxicity, good mechanical and electrical properties. The crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM601 is mixed with the SX-0612 graft component at an addition rate of between 5 and 10%, the rate dependent upon the extruder residence time. Offers processability at high output rates. Suitable for processing by extrusion. SX-0612:CM601 is used in low voltage insulation and sheathing of all types of cable. Listed with insulation specification BS7211 and IEC 60092-351/HF90.
