SX522A:CM401CDS by AEI Compounds is a silane crosslinkable polyethylene (XLPE) grade. The graft component SX522A is mixed with the crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 generally in the ratio 95:5. Exhibits minimum point & die drool, low scorch characteristics and high production efficiency. Possesses outstanding extrusion properties at high output rates and can be cured in ambient conditions. Designed for small and sector shaped conductors. SX522A:CM401CDS is recommended for low voltage power cable insulation.
