Fluon® PFA EA-2000

Fluon® PFA EA-2000 by AGC is a perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resin with a functional adhesive backbone in pellet form. Exhibits excellent electrical characteristics, heat resistance (to 260°C) and superior chemical resistance equivalent to conventional PFA materials. Offers non-stick properties, low friction, water and oil repellency (high contact angle). Possesses low dielectric constant (2.1) and low dissipation factor (0.001). Provides adhesion to other polymers and metals without the use of surface treatment or a separate adhesive layer via a traditional melt-processable method. Fluon® PFA EA-2000 is suitable for processing by film extrusion. Possible applications include printed circuit boards (rigid or flexible), insulating tape, laminated tubing, interposers and steel plate laminates.
